✨ Tonight's Star Map
A live star map of the sky above you. Bright stars and constellation figures are computed for your location and the current time — the zenith at the centre, the horizon at the rim, north up and east to the left as when you look up. Orion, the Big Dipper, Scorpius, the Southern Cross and more drift with the real sky; the Sun and the Moon's phase are shown too. Defaults to Vietnam; tap for your GPS location, and slide the hours to preview the sky later tonight.
The map updates itself every 30 seconds. Named stars are the brightest; lines trace the classic constellation figures. A big yellow disc is the Sun (only shown when it's above the horizon). Positions are computed for epoch J2000 stars — accurate enough to find your way around the real sky.
