Each continent and ocean, and its icon of the wild
🦁 Iconic Wildlife of the World
Around 80 emblematic animals across the six continents and the oceans — from the giant panda, lion and kangaroo to the blue whale, the largest animal that ever lived — each card bordered by its IUCN conservation status and set beside a human silhouette so you can feel its true size. Vietnam is represented by the saola and the Tonkin snub-nosed monkey, two of the rarest creatures on Earth.
The bar under each animal is a logarithmic size scale; the 🧍 marks a 1.7 m human, so anything filling past it is bigger than you. Colors follow the IUCN Red List, from green (Least Concern) to red (Critically Endangered).
